Achievement that boosts new challenges

The year 2020 consolidated housing as synonymous of safety. Therefore, being recognized by the population as an example of care for future housing brings the certainty of being on the right track. It is in the face of this understanding that the OR celebrates receiving, for the 3^rd consecutive year, the Top Of Mind Salvador Award in the Construction category.

In its 26^th edition, the award recognizes companies for their positioning towards the consumer. “For us, it is such as a confirmation that the path we followed, with a focus on development, sustainability, and quality of life for the residents is fulfilling its ultimate purpose.” says OR’s President, Eduardo Pedreira.

Safety and sustainability

In order keep on with the schedule in the midst of the pandemic, as well as to ensure the safety and well-being of the collaborators, strict hygiene and people circulation measures were adopted, all based on the preventive guidelines of the competent health agencies.

Focused on going beyond, the projects are also designed to encourage the social development of the region, positively impacting its surroundings. Currently, the developer has been applying in its projects the maximum reuse of resources, aligning innovative construction techniques and respect for the environment.
