OR participates in the III ESG Forum in Salvador

Last week, OR participated as a sponsor of the III ESG Forum in Salvador, held by the newspaper Correio. The event, which gathered more than a thousand in-person participants, as well as numerous online viewers, stood out as an important space for discussion on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices in Brazil.

During the Forum, OR, in partnership with the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation (FNO), carried out an activation at the event. In the space, in addition to sustainable gifts, a game with the participants was also held, the “ESG Tarot,” which brought FNO solutions to help companies and NGOs leverage this agenda. The partnership highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainability and social development, offering participants an informative experience about its initiatives and sustainable projects.

Daniel Sampaio, OR’s superintendent director in Bahia, was one of the panelists at the event, where he presented the case “ESG at OR: commitments beyond construction.” In his presentation, Daniel highlighted OR’s innovative practices in the field of sustainability, emphasizing how the company goes beyond traditional construction, implementing strategies that promote energy efficiency, responsible use of natural resources, and the social development of the communities in which it operates.
