OR holds Hub OR to present the 2026–2028 Strategic Direction

Last week, OR held the Hub OR, dedicated to the presentation of the 2026–2028 Strategic Direction, bringing together 47 participants in a hybrid, in-person format.

The meeting aimed to align vision, priorities, and choices that will guide the company over the coming years, reinforcing strategy as a continuous decision-making exercise—one that balances value creation, economic viability, resilience, and agility.

LN Eduardo Pedreira opened the event by sharing the key elements of OR’s strategic direction. Executive Directors Pedro Pessoa, Ricardo Carneiro, and Daniel Sampaio then presented the scenarios, challenges, and strategies for each region for the year ahead.

The agenda featured Fernando Luzio, CEO of Luzio Strategy, who led in-depth reflections on sustainable growth, strategic focus, and the role of leadership in building consistent paths for OR’s future. Banco Fator also contributed insights and forecasts on the global economic landscape, broadening contextual understanding and supporting the company’s strategic decision-making.

Discussions took place in an integrated manner across regions, strengthening the exchange of perspectives and alignment among different business realities.

The Hub reinforces OR’s commitment to a collaboratively built strategy—one that connects long-term vision with practical decisions in the present.
