OR announces the delivery of Inspira SP, a project that consolidates the company’s innovative vision by offering a corporate space that combines sophistication, functionality, and sustainability. Located at the strategic corner of Avenida Brigadeiro Luís Antônio and Rua São Gabriel in São Paulo, the project positions itself as a reference for the city’s business market.
With a total private area of 6,385.84 m², distributed over six floors and three basements, the project was designed to meet the needs of companies seeking a prime location and high-standard infrastructure. The project also includes parking spaces and offers ground-floor shops, totaling a private area of 766 m², to ensure convenience and services for users.
The 2,063.15 m² plot was intelligently utilized, with an architectural project signed by Julião Arquitetos, landscaping by Sérgio Santana, and decoration by Trio Arquitetura. These professionals gave the project a unique design that integrates modern aesthetics, functionality, and comfort. The building’s typology includes 12 corporate units and two shops, creating a versatile space adaptable to market demands.
Sustainability is the main pillar of the project. The facade features natural green wall modules, while the surroundings include 620 m² of permeable green area. The project also includes a rainwater reuse system for landscaping irrigation, glass that reduces internal heat, and a VRF air conditioning system that ensures greater energy efficiency. To encourage the use of non-polluting transportation, it also offers a bicycle rack equipped with male and female changing rooms.
Inspira SP was developed following the premises of the LEED Core and Shell certification, Silver category. Granted by the Green Building Council (GBC), this certification recognizes the adoption of construction practices that promote resource efficiency and reduce socio-environmental impacts.
“The delivery of Inspira SP is a source of pride for OR, as it represents our commitment to offering projects that meet the needs of a dynamic and demanding market. Our goal is to go beyond building structures; we want to create environments that inspire and transform the way people live and work,” highlights Filipe Martins, Regional Superintendent Director of São Paulo.
Inspira SP reflects OR’s trajectory in developing high-standard projects that value the integration of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. With this delivery, the company reaffirms its role as a partner in the growth of the city of São Paulo.
