OR develops street mall in Horto Florestal
DATE: 05/24/2022
Last week the Alameda Vert project was presented, a street mall that will be developed in Horto Florestal, next to the Monvert development, which is being built by OR.
The project was born with the objective of meeting the daily needs of the public who lives in Horto Florestal, mixing the convenience, service, and food segments. With modern architecture, open spaces, and all stores facing the street, the project has as its principle the connection between the internal and external areas. The central patio, integrated to the Estácio Gonzaga Square, invites its users to enjoy leisure moments with family and friends in the restaurants, bars, and kiosks located on the first floor.
About Alameda Vert
It is 100% sold, the street mall has 18 stores from 25 to 33m², 03 kiosks, and covered parking. Construction is scheduled to begin next month -June 2022- and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
Commitment to Sustainability
Just like the Monvert, the enterprise was designed aiming at the efficient consumption of resources and privileging actions that reinforce OR’s commitment to the well-being of users and the community, such as the reuse of rainwater, installation of flow limiters, LED lighting, and preparation for selective collection, among others.
