OR certified with Great Place to Work seal

OR is very pleased to announce an important achievement. From now on the company is certified with the Great Place to Work seal!

Great Place to Work is a global consulting firm that helps organizations achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation. The certification of the company with the GPTW seal is carried out through a management survey to measure the quality of the internal environment and the organizational culture, in addition to identifying the perception of the employees about the organization and leadership.

Members responded to the survey, which is voluntary and confidential and, based on the results obtained, the real estate developer was awarded the Great Place to Work certification with a score of 88/100. Among the survey results, 93% of the members considered OR an “excellent place to work” and 96% said they are proud to say they work at the company.

Eduardo Pedreira, LN at OR, points out that the survey results represent the human and overcoming spirit that the company wants to pursue on its path to growth. “At OR, we are treated as people and demanded as talents,” he concludes.

Furthermore, it is possible to notice that the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the company are bringing great results, since 98% of the people state that they are treated well regardless of their gender, color, and ethnicity, and 96% state the same regardless of their age.

“We will always be willing to listen and also improve so that, increasingly, OR is an inspiring and trustworthy place for all our members,” says Cristiane Giansante, responsible for People, Planning and Communication at OR.
