OR concluded an important R$ 160 MM deal in the sales and construction of a Corporate Tower in SP

OR concluded a sales deal of a Corporate Tower – LED Corporate, located in the region of Barra Funda – São Paulo, for a Real Estate Investment Fund (FII), in the amount of R$ 160 million of investment throughout 22 months of work. The works began this Monday, September 23, with estimate conclusion to June 2021, when the corporate market will be more mature with lower vacancy rates than the current ones.

Alexandre Nakano, Southeast Regional Development Director, commented on the importance of this achievement: “Through a multidisciplinary negotiation inside OR, including the Development, Engineering and Legal areas, we managed to create a replicable business model for the next OR projects. Combined with the opportunities OR is looking for in the market, this business model has all the features and comfort to attract more and new Investors. “
