OEC brought together HR Coordinators from all over Brazil in a meeting full of synergy and alignment on Thursday, February 29, at the São Paulo office.

The agenda included moments of updating and guidance for the 2024 Action Programs, as well as dynamics for the development and sharing of experiences among the participants. Topics covered included: commitments in attracting people, inclusive selection processes and career initiatives; OEC priorities in diversity and inclusion, culture and learning; personnel management and remuneration processes; an update on the implementation of NSI (Our Integrated Services), as well as labor and union relations. The HRs were also able to present good practices from the construction sites, such as the inclusion of PCDs in Prosub and the inclusion of apprentices in ICN.

“The meeting was fundamental in strengthening everyone’s alignment and commitment to what matters most to us: caring for our people. We left even more engaged for the 2024 cycle in all the environments in which we operate,” says Ludmila Lavigne, Director of People and Planning at the OEC.

“A very enriching day, with exchanges of experiences, good practices and the opportunity to meet in person those with whom we interact on a daily basis,” said Priscila Ferrari, from Prosub’s People department.
