OEC is recognized by Enaex Brasil for rock blasting in the Campo Grande Ring Road

Enaex Brasil, one of the world’s leading producers of ammonium nitrate and Brazil’s largest explosives manufacturer, has recognized OEC for its work in blasting rock in the Luis Bom Tunnel project, part of the scope of the Campo Grande Ring Road in Rio de January.

The award is given annually as a way of recognizing the efforts of Enaex teams working together clients to achieve excellence. In this 5th edition, awards were given to teams in six segments: Open Pit Mining, Underground Mining, Cement, Aggregates, Construction and Pioneering. A total of 159 dismantlements were entered for the 2025 edition.

For Lucio Rosa, OEC’s Mining Engineer, who is directly responsible for the activity in the project, awards in safety and innovation represent our partners’ recognition of the work carried out. “The responsibility and commitment of our team was deservedly rewarded. We are grateful to Enaex for this distinction, which encourages us to continue providing quality solutions that bring value to the work we do,” he says.

In the opportunity, were also honoured clients and operations in other segments that also stood out in themes such as safety, innovation, sustainability and the outstanding participation of women in blasting, reinforcing the purpose of humanizing mining and its vision of being recognized as a partner in blasting solutions.
