OEC holds the second edition of Movimenta – 2023 Leadership Workshop

On June 21, 27, and 28, OEC held Movimenta, a workshop aimed at promoting the development of the company’s leadership, emphasizing the importance of a more empathetic approach aligned with Our Culture.

OEC believes in human potential and in the capacity that each one has to develop, because it values what is most important in the organization: people. Therefore, Movimenta was an invitation to OEC’s leadership to continue their development, with the aim of inspiring, updating, and transforming in order to keep teams more engaged and, thus, achieve better results.

During the workshop, 30 OEC leaders discussed current challenges and trends, reviewing key concepts and emphasizing the importance of active listening, empathy, psychological safety and building effective teams that understand the individual needs of members.
