OEC holds Nossa Cultura meeting

On November 3 and 4, about 100 OEC members who joined the OEC in October 2020 got together for an immersion in Our Culture. There were 8 hours of content for participants from Brazil and Angola.

“This is a very important moment to remember our history, strengthen the connection between purpose, behavior and values, reflect on how we want to be recognized and reinforce the tools that keep Our Culture alive,” says Ludmila Lavigne, director of People and Planning at the OEC.

The agenda included the participation of Rodrigo Vilar, director of communication and marketing at the OEC and Novonor, who introduced the OEC and the Group. Next, the P&O team conducted themes such as the new form of communication of the Culture, the PA cycle, and the evaluation between leader and led. Pedro Leão, contract director at the OEC, closed the meeting with a personal testimony about life and career.

The Our Culture Meeting will be held periodically with new members.
