On July 11, 13 and 14, the OEC held the first edition of the Movimenta Workshop in Luanda. This event had as main purpose the improvement of leadership within the company, seeking to strengthen the importance of an empathic and directed approach to Our Culture.

The OEC has a deep belief in the potential of the human being and his/her intrinsic capacity for growth. This commitment is based on the understanding that the organization’s greatest asset is its people. Therefore, Movimenta represented an invitation to the OEC leadership, inviting it to persist in its development journey, with the purpose of inspiring, updating and transforming, in order to achieve the maintenance of deeply engaged teams and, consequently, the achievement of even more remarkable results.

During the workshop, 32 OEC leaders discussed current challenges and trends, their role in the member journey and how to make values even more tangible to everyone’s experience.

In Brazil, two editions of Movimenta have already been held, in 2022 and 2023.
