OEC – Odebrecht Engineering & Construction was elected one of the five best companies to work at in Brazil, according to the Best Place to Work award, promoted by the Infojobs site. OEC features in the top positions in three rankings: “General”, the “Construction” segment and the “CEO” category. The companies were evaluated from scores spontaneously awarded by people who currently work or have worked at the companies and had registered their curriculum vitae on the www.infojobs.com.br site, where the voting took place.

The research was carried out between January and December 2018 and covers eleven categories separated by market segment, as well as one exclusively for CEOs. The categories are Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology and Telecommunications, Hotels and Restaurants, Retail, Telemarketing, Health, Human Resources, General Services and Construction. This is the second consecutive year that OEC has featured on the winners’ list. “In the year in which we are turning 75, this recognition from members and former members gives us a further incentive to continue generating unique job opportunities, while also contributing by developing infrastructure,” affirms Fabio Januário, the OEC CEO.

The InfoJobs site gathers evaluations from professionals who have worked at the companies included in the award on their curriculum vitae. They are active profiles that confirm the credibility of the opinions. The site has surpassed the milestone of more than 5 million registered evaluations and has approximately 2.3 million evaluated companies. Launched in 2018, Best Place to Work was created to honor and recognize the companies that have transformed the labor market and value their employees.
