On June 16, members of Odebrecht’s Innovation and People & Organization (P&O) teams attended the “Breakfast with Companies” event, organized by the School of Engineering at Mackenzie Presbyterian University on its Higienópolis campus. The event brought together representatives from industry, professional organizations, and academia in an environment designed to strengthen institutional relationships and promote knowledge exchange.

Held at the MackGraphe Auditorium, the meeting aimed to encourage dialogue between companies and the university, highlighting the importance of collaboration in developing innovative solutions aligned with market demands. The initiative also sought to foster new strategic partnerships and expand opportunities for integrating academic education with professional practice.

During the program, emphasis was placed on the role of educational institutions in preparing highly qualified professionals capable of meeting the contemporary challenges of engineering. At the end of the event, each company was supported by a faculty Ambassador, who helped deepen discussions and explore potential forms of engagement with the school. The participation of companies such as Odebrecht reinforces the sector’s commitment to continuing education and to strengthening the connection between theory and practical application.
