Odebrecht Receives CGU’s Pro-Ética Seal in Recognition of Corporate Integrity
DATE: 07/01/2026
Today, July 1, Odebrecht Engineering & Construccion Integrity Program achieved another important milestone: receiving the Pro-Ética Seal 2025–2026, granted by Brazil’s Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), for the second consecutive cycle.
The award ceremony took place in Brasília and was attended by Ernesto Baiardi, Odebrecht’s Business Leader, and Bruno Brasil, Director of Integrity and Internal Audit. This achievement validates the maturity of Odebrecht’s Integrity Program and reinforces the value “We Are Ethical, Honest, and Transparent,” which is part of Our Culture.
In practical terms, the Pro-Ética Seal brings significant strategic advantages to the business: it exempts Odebrecht from submitting its integrity program for evaluation in major contracts signed with public authorities; serves as a legal tie-breaking criterion in public procurement processes (Law 14,133/21 and Decree 12,304/24); streamlines approval in due diligence processes with private clients, as well as access to credit and banking guarantees; and helps prevent regulatory and reputational impacts.
This recognition reflects the commitment of all Odebrecht team members and embodies the integrity practiced daily at every construction site and office.
