Terminal Gás Sul
Started in October 2021, the pile driving works for the FSRU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit) anchoring terminal, in Babitonga Bay, were concluded ahead of schedule, as a result of the interaction between Consortium’s teams that concluded this important stage without any accidents with leave and within the international quality specifications.
Since the beginning of the work, 85 piles ranging from 48 to 57 meters each have been driven, totaling 4.6 km of pipes laid and a total load of 1,470 tons of material.

UTE Santa Cruz
With a total of 826 employees, UTE Santa Cruz reached a physical advance of 96.9% in February this year. When the work is finished, the closing of the so-called ‘combined cycle’ at the plant should guarantee a final output of at least 507 megawatts net.
New Montes Claros Duct

Recently, the Transbrasil Consortium installed four 28-meter-long, 60-ton beams, each, for a viaduct in the distirct of Barros Filho, to widen Avenida Brasil. The exclusive BRT Transbrasil corridor, one of the largest in the world, currently generates more than 5 thousand direct and indirect jobs. When completed, the 27-km project will allow the displacement of about 820 thousand passengers per day, besides connecting to Supervia urban trains and the Transolímpica and Transcarioca BRT corridors.
Petrochemicals Project
Welding services within the scope of Industrial Maintenance are of crucial importance, since they are fundamental to guaranteeing the project’s deadline. They are usually performed in hard-to-access places, on materials that have been worn down by time, requiring a high level of experience and skill from the welders.
During the maintenance shutdown of boiler 46GV02, carried out in recent weeks at the Triunfo Base (RS), 22 professionals from Tenenge’s welding team performed 155 welds in superheater, economizer and external piping, with no accidents, within the required deadlines and with 100% approval in the radiography tests carried out.
