Novonor and OEC create “Mais” internal well-being program
DATE: 08/26/2024
With the aim of providing guidance, relevant content and tools to help maintain and improve the well-being of its members, Novonor and OEC have launched “Mais”: Our well-being program.
Based on four pillars (emotional health, physical health, financial health and work experience), the program aims to encourage self-care and good practices that promote a healthier life for all.
“What more can I do for my well-being today?” reflects the campaign created by the People & Organization team, encouraging the implementation of actions for the well-being of company members. The program raises awareness of the need to promote a healthy, productive and sustainable work environment.
“People have always been and continue to be Novonor and OEC’s main asset. Your Health, Safety and Welfare are priorities for us as non-negotiable themes in Our Culture. The Mais program is here to help raise awareness of our existing actions and new proposals. It also aims to raise people’s awareness of their individual role in the pursuit of their well-being,” says Ludmilla Lavigne, People and Planning Director.
Ana Flavia Salice, a member of the P&P team that worked on conceptualizing the project, recalls the purpose and necessity of the initiative: “Mais” will help foster and intensify the culture of Integral Health and Well-being, with initiatives, guidelines, content and tools connected to the pillars of the program, enhancing an increasingly human, welcoming and inclusive environment. After all, every great journey begins with the first step,” he says.
