On March 11, Nova Infra Invest held the Nova Women’s Gathering, bringing together team members from the São Paulo office for a special moment of celebration, reflection, and connection during the month that marks International Women’s Day. The gathering reinforced the company’s commitment to fostering an increasingly inclusive and welcoming environment, where everyone can fully develop.

The event featured the presence of Juliana Baiardi, who shared her journey as a woman in senior leadership, inspiring reflections on career, purpose, and the courage to occupy spaces historically less accessible to women.

Participants also heard from Janice Ferreira, Controllership and Finance Coordinator, who presented relevant data on the challenges faced by women in the labor market. “Reflecting on gender equality means recognizing that promoting equity is essential for sustainable development. Information generates awareness, awareness drives action, and when we act, we transform realities,” said Janice.
