DATE: 04/22/2026
Leaders from the public and private sectors gathered on April 8 in Fortaleza during the Infra Nordeste GRI 2026 to discuss the necessary paths to accelerate infrastructure development in the region.
The program included the panel “Logistics that connect – Which priority corridors can unlock regional growth?”. With the participation of Renato Bortoletti, Engineering Director at Nova Infra Invest, the panel brought key bottlenecks for the region’s advancement to the center of the debate. According to Bortoletti, the consolidation of efficient logistics corridors is an essential condition to enable new cycles of productive investment through the integration of transportation modes, ensuring more competitive freight costs for Brazilian agribusiness exports, especially in the Northeast.
In its fifth edition, the event promoted by the GRI Institute has consolidated itself as the leading infrastructure business forum in Northeast Brazil, bringing together investors, operators, public authorities, and financiers to discuss concessions, PPPs, and flagship projects in areas such as transportation, energy, sanitation, and social infrastructure.
The meeting reaffirmed the Northeast’s leading role in the current cycle of infrastructure investments in the country, while also highlighting logistics as one of the pillars for unlocking regional growth and enhancing Brazil’s competitiveness.
