Norberto Odebrecht Foundation is once again recognized as a Great Place to Work
DATE: 05/22/2024
For the second year running, the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation has been recognized as a Great Place to Work, an achievement that legitimizes the institution as a great place to work. The certification, which has great national and international prestige, validates organizations that have a culture of quality in the workplace and a commitment to the well-being of members and partners.
In order to receive the certification, a favorable evaluation is required in an anonymous survey carried out with the members, which considers the organization’s practices, the level of performance and the perception of respect and harmony within the organization.
Eduardo Fraguas, head of FNO’s People and Finance department, believes that this achievement demonstrates the institution’s commitment to promoting actions that guarantee a healthy space and give everyone the opportunity to carry out their duties with autonomy, respect and integrity. “I feel proud to work in a place that respects and values the individuality of each member,” he says.
In addition to pride, according to Ana Jaqueline Nunes, a member of the Partnerships area, the certification reinforces everyone’s commitment to the Foundation. “This is the result of inspiring and dedicated work, where everyone plays a key role and is recognized for it. It is gratifying to be part of such a cohesive and committed team, which together achieves great things. This feeling of accomplishment and contribution drives and excites us every day,” he says.
