Norberto Odebrecht Foundation has won the Great Place to Work (GTPW), certificate attesting that the institution is an excellent place to work. The seal highlights the quality of the work environment at the Foundation and its ability to create a culture of well-being for its members and partners, positioning it as a reference for good practices in People Management.

“It is with great pride and happiness that we receive the Great Place to Work seal”, says Fabio Wanderley, superintendent of Norberto Odebrecht Foundation. “This demonstrates that acknowledging, encouraging, and supporting our members is what allows us to achieve impactful results and perpetuate the legacy of our founder, Norberto Odebrecht, who believed in the potential of the human being and their capacity for development”. The GTPW is awarded after an internal climate survey is carried out, anonymously, with the members. In the questionnaire conducted by the consulting firm itself, it was possible to respond about the organization’s practices, performance level, and perception of respect and harmony in the workplace.

For Beatriz Lepikson, People, Finance, and Compliance Manager, the achievement of GTPW is confirmation of the Foundation’s mobilizing ability. “Trust in the Human Being is the foundation for the implementation of our programs and projects, and it also mobilizes us internally, within our work environment. Receiving the seal is to have the trust, friendship, respect, and purpose we seek to promote in the relationships among our members acknowledged”, she says.
