New Vexty Plan By-Laws Approved and Now Include Automatic Enrollment

The Vexty Plan now has an updated version of its By-Laws in effect. The approval of the document was published in the Official Gazette of Brazil (Diário Oficial da União) on October 1, 2026, through Previc Ordinance No. 763, dated September 25, 2026.
The key change is the inclusion of Automatic Enrollment in the Vexty Plan, following the provisions established by CNPC Resolutions No. 60/2024 and No. 63/2025. This enhancement aims to expand access to supplementary pension plans and make it easier for individuals to begin building long-term retirement savings.
This new enrollment option may be adopted by Sponsoring Employers for the registration of their new employees and members. It does not affect current Participants or Beneficiaries receiving benefits under the Vexty Plan.
Another important update is the replacement of the terms “Participant Awaiting Retirement” and “Deferred Vested Participant (BPD)” with the designation “Retirement-Eligible Participant.” This revision aligns the terminology with current regulatory requirements and does not modify any rights, obligations, or conditions applicable to participants who are already in these categories.
