This approach involves the formation of an innovation committee, the establishment of performance indicators and specific goals, all aimed at promoting this pillar across all areas of the company. In the context of digital transformations, Piller emphasized the importance of absorbing and leveraging available technologies, while always maintaining a forward-looking perspective on innovation.
