Leadership of the Northern Section of the Rodoanel Project Participate in Training on the Theme of Our Culture

On July 2nd and 3rd, the People and Organization team of Odebrecht Engineering & Construction was present at the construction sites of the Northern Section of the Rodoanel, following the commitment to continuously strengthen Our Culture, this time focusing on operational leadership.
The meeting brought together professionals who had previously been part of the company and others in their first experience with the construction company, promoting a rich environment for exchange and learning. Altogether, 32 members, including coordinators and managers, were able to immerse themselves in the origins of the organizational culture based on the principles of Dr. Norberto Odebrecht.
On this occasion, Our Values, which guides the attitudes of the members, as well as the expected behaviors – known as Our Way of Being – were highlighted. Additionally, the meeting also focused on the importance of Educator Leadership, an essential role that has permeated Odebrecht’s culture for over 80 years.
Pedro Schettino, Contract Director of the Northern Section of the Rodoanel project, emphasized the importance of the action: “Moments like this are fundamental to ensure that our leaders are aligned with the values that sustain our performance. Reinforcing the culture also strengthens the way we deliver our results, with ethics, excellence, and responsibility,” said Schettino.
“More than transmitting knowledge, the meeting was a moment of connection with the essence of our culture, reinforcing the role of each professional as a protagonist in building an ethical, collaborative environment focused on generating results,” said Sabrina Veras, Coordinator of the People and Organization team. Ana Flavia, from the Development area, added: “Our Culture is the invisible thread that unites us. All the exchanges that took place reflect the level of the Odebrecht professional who trusts, serves, and focuses on customer satisfaction. The meeting was extremely productive, reflected in the 100% evaluation result from the participants.”
