    The Business Leader of Novonor Participações and member of the Board of Directors of Braskem and OTP, Juliana Baiardi, and the Director of Planning, People, and Organization of Novonor and OEC, Ludmila Lavigne, have been featured in significant publications, inspiring women from different fields.

    Juliana Baiardi received an invitation from the global communications consultancy LLYC to contribute with an article to the book “Leadership: Women Who Communicate Transformation”. This work brings together 15 women who use communication as a tool for transformation. The inclusion of Juliana in the book is an acknowledgement of her strategic vision and leadership skills, highlighting her experience and knowledge in the field of corporate communication.

    Ludmila Lavigne is also being acknowledged by being part of the “Female Voices” source guide, developed by the FSB Group. This guide aims to increase female representation in the media by highlighting women in various sectors. Ludmila’s presence in the guide reinforces her importance as a reference for professionals seeking relevant information in the construction industry.

    In addition, Ludmila participates as a co-author of the book “Women in Psychology – Power of Mentorship Edition”, by Editora Leader, presenting a success case on the subject.
