Integration begins with the OEC and Novonor S.A. communication teams

Integra, launched on June 1st, is in full development and now has its first integrated area. Under the leadership of Rodrigo Vilar, the communication teams of the OEC and Novonor S.A. are united in a new structure that provides more synergy, resources optimization, and strengthening of the strategy to generate more results.

“The Integra project is an important step towards accelerating Novonor Group’s resumption of growth. In the communication area, with the union and redesign of teams, as well as external partners, we join forces to expand productivity and deliveries, aligned to the business direction,” says Rodrigo Vilar, 14 years in the group, starting with the holding company and going through leadership positions at Environmental, OLI and at OEC since 2018.

Communication integration was an improvement identified at Integra’s first phase, which lasts 11 weeks and consists of a diagnosis of the current status. The project covers the holding company and all its controlled companies, except for Braskem and Ocyan, with estimated completion for early 2023.
