Braskem diversity expert featured in Você S/A magazine

Braskem’s diversity expert, Debora Gepp, was featured in the April issue of the magazine Você S/A, a leading publication on careers in Brazil. In a report on new professions in the job market, the magazine reported on the experience of this professional who joined Braskem as an intern in 2013, became a Young Partner on the organizational development team and now is an analyst responsible for the diversity and inclusion program.

“Talking with different people helped me understand what we have to do to make processes more inclusive,” said Debora, 28, to the magazine, whose full article you can read here. The publication does an x-ray of this new profession that is growing in importance at companies.

Braskem’s diversity and inclusion program works on five fronts: gender, race and ethnic equality, LGBTQIA (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, Queers, Intersex and Asexual), persons with disabilities and socio-economic.
