OR Project wins Ademi Award-BA

Reserva Sauípe in Bahia, an OR project, has won the 2018 Ademi Award-BA (Association of Directors of Real Estate Companies in Bahia) in the Allotment/Urban Development category. The awards ceremony was held on May 10 at Aclamação Palace, in which leaders from the real estate sector, government officials, press and representatives from industry associations participated.

Eduardo Pedreira, Managing Director of OR for the Northeast region, said that being honored with the Ademi Award-BA is the crowning achievement of a project that was well planned and integrated with the environment in order to offer the best experience to the final client. “OR is committed to promoting sustainable development through innovation, creativity and competence while acting ethically, with integrity and transparency. Reserva Sauípe translates this concept by bringing new real estate perspectives and valuing the region, while promoting tourism and economic activity,” he added.

With architectural design by André Sá and Francisco Mota, Reserva Sauípe invested in the combination of comfort and contact with nature, presenting a bold and modern structure to the public.

The Allotment/Urban Development category evaluated criteria such as quality, innovation and technology of the project, impact on the city’s landscape and on the market, and construction permit, as well as criteria common to all categories such as sustainable management practices, quality of goods produced and good reputation in the market.
