Dear team members,

Earlier this year, together with my team, I defined and presented to the Board of Directors the three priorities for my 2020 Action Program:

1. The approval of Odebrecht S.A.’s Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan, which will enable its financial restructuring.

2. Obtaining certification by Independent External Monitors, which will mean the successful completion of the monitoring started more than 3 years ago.

3. Odebrecht’s vision of the future, to be expressed in 2030 Vision.

Odebrecht S.A.’s Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan was approved by more than 90% of the creditors, both in individual number and in credit amounts, in a demonstration of their confidence in our recovery.

The certification of the U.S. Department of Justice monitors, according to the signs we received, should be issued in October. The certification is the recognition of this body that Odebrecht has the conviction and conditions to continue working with ethics, integrity and transparency.

We are currently starting works on the construction of 2030 Vision, which will be developed during the second half of the year.

2030 Vision will be built with the participation of all our members, in an interactive way, so that everyone can express their feelings and their opinions on the subject.

The Vision we want to express will be like a compass guiding us all in the same direction. It will be like a magnetic north luring us in the desired direction.

In order to support us in the construction of 2030 Vision, we hired GlobeScan, a company specialized in the subject for more than 30 years, with work performed in important organizations around the world.

At some point over the next few months, you will be wanted to participate in this work. I am counting on you to define together what we want for Odebrecht in the future.
