Increasingly engaged in promoting an egalitarian working environment, Braskem has been recognized by Women in Leadership in Latin America (WILL) as one of the companies with the best practices and policies that stimulate women in leadership roles. This honor shows that we are on the right track and must continue to launch initiatives aimed at increasing the presence of women in our company and to encourage these same practices in the corporate world.
