Atvos has already favored over 3 million people with 70% alcohol donations

Atvos has donated over 113,000 liters of 70% alcohol to institutions in the States of São Paulo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Bahia to help in the fight against the COVID-19, favoring over 3 million people. The product was destined to the State and City Health Departments to contribute to the supply of public network entities, such as hospitals, emergency rooms, military police and road police.

The production of 70% alcohol for hygiene and cleaning use was authorized by the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) on March 19. The alcohol is transported from the units for processing into gel or bottling of the liquid solution (under the responsibility of the public body) and then destined for final use. Distributors and transporters of dangerous goods have made their structure available to ensure deliveries.

The expectation is to donate 160,000 liters in total. Each State will receive 40,000 liters of 70% alcohol produced by Atvos’ eight agro-industrial units, specifically for this purpose.
