Meeting with Odebrecht Group youth promotes integration and alignment on strategic themes

A new generation of youth joins the Odebrecht Group each year. Today, we have over 1,600 people below 29 working in diverse Businesses. With new ways of thinking, great familiarity with technology and a very clear vision of what they want, they will be the ones to influence our business environment going forward.
With this aim for the future generation and to promote the exchange of experiences, the strengthening of our culture and the discussion of strategic themes, 84 young professionals from the Odebrecht Group came together on Abril 9 at the Odebrecht São Paulo building.
Agenda
To make the meeting more interactive, the professionals were invited to make a brief presentation about the Odebrecht Businesses. This was followed by group activities conducted throughout the meeting, with presentations by Group leaders on themes such as the role of the holding company, recovery of image and reputation, building the future, TEO practice, business plan of OEC, life purpose, career and personal financial planning.
Luciano Guidolin, chief executive officer of Odebrecht S.A., also participated in the event and answered the questions posed by young professionals about his trajectory and the current moment at the Group.
Panel Discussions
Among the most dynamic moments of the meeting were the panel discussions. The young professionals had the opportunity to listen to two themes (from among the eight available) and closely interact with leaders of the Odebrecht Group.
