The Norberto Odebrecht Foundation (FNO) held Nossa Cultura Week 2026 from October 5 to 9, an initiative promoted annually across the Novonor Group to celebrate and strengthen the values that guide Our Way of Being.

This year, under the theme “Culture that Transforms,” the program invited team members to reflect on the importance of organizational culture in everyday life and on the practices that sustain the way we serve, work, and interact.

At FNO, the week was marked by activities that promoted learning and integration among teams. The opening included a presentation by Aline Azevedo, Head of People and Finance, on the purpose of the initiative and the schedule of planned activities. Liana Fontenelle, Head of the Odebrecht Memory Center, revisited key principles, criteria, and concepts of Our Culture, including education through work and planned delegation.

One of the highlights was the Coffee with Leadership session, led by the Foundation’s Superintendent, Norberto Odebrecht Neto, who shared reflections on the culture of the Novonor Group and experiences from his own professional journey, encouraging dialogue about the importance of values in building relationships.

The program also featured interactive and engaging activities, such as the Culture Trail, held in the outdoor area of the Odebrecht Building (EOBA) in Salvador, as well as a team challenge involving Foundation employees. The initiative included games, group activities, and the collaborative development of ideas aimed at perpetuating the Group’s values in everyday office life.

“The teams embraced Nossa Cultura Week with enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment. In every activity, it was clear that people were willing to transform concepts into concrete actions. This demonstrates that culture becomes stronger when it is lived daily, through both small and significant attitudes,” commented Aline Azevedo.

Ruth Ribeiro, a member of the Partnerships team with less than one year in the Group, believes the experience contributed significantly to her development process.

“The experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of Our Culture and its relevance in guiding the way we relate, make decisions, and work. The activities approached these themes in a light, creative, and practical way, making it easier to connect them with what we already experience in our daily work,” she said.

Traditionally held during the week of Norberto Odebrecht’s birthday, founder of the Novonor Group, Nossa Cultura Week represents a moment to reconnect with the principles, stories, and behaviors that make culture a living presence across all work environments.
