Serving the customer is the central theme of the 2025 Annual Meeting
DATE: 02/04/2026
On December 17, Novonor held its Annual Meeting, an event that brings together leaders from the Group’s companies to share results, challenges, and achievements from the year. In 2025, the event was held under the theme “Serving the customer is our reason for being” and marked a moment of celebration, integration, and reflection on Our Culture.
Throughout the meeting, participants followed presentations of company results, the announcement of the winners of the 34th edition of the Destaque Award, and the celebration of the Annual Recognition Program, which honors team members with 15, 20, 30, 40, and 45 years of professional dedication to the organization.
The program also included the screening of a series of three short films about Our Culture. The productions addressed, in a light and didactic way, the definition of Our Culture, the importance of the small enterprise, and the concept of serving the customer. All were presented by Teo, a virtual team member who uses artificial intelligence to provide access to the Group’s extensive cultural archive.
One of the most notable moments of the Annual Meeting was the announcement of the transition in the Executive Presidency of Novonor S.A. After five years leading the company, Hector Núñez will step down from the position, which will be assumed by Daniel Villar in March 2026.
“On behalf of all our team members, I would like to thank Héctor in advance, who quickly embraced Our Culture, demonstrating a strong spirit of service, commitment, loyalty, and integrity throughout his leadership. To Daniel Villar, I wish great success in his new role,” said Maurício Odebrecht, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novonor S.A.
This year’s edition brought together approximately 160 leaders in person, in addition to board members and shareholders. The online broadcast recorded more than 4,000 accesses by team members from different regions of Brazil and abroad (a higher number than in 2024 and 2023), not including collective viewing environments. The meeting was hosted by Isadora Sarno, from Novonor’s integrated Communication team and the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation. In an anonymous opinion survey, the event achieved a 99% overall approval rating and was described as “excellent,” “inspiring,” and “motivating.”
