Foundation is recognized for the third time as Great Place to Work

For the third consecutive year, the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation  has earned the Great Place to Work (GPTW) seal, a certification that attests to the quality of the work environment and reaffirms the institution’s commitment to promoting a culture of well-being, trust, and high performance among its members and partners.

The GPTW certification results from an internal survey conducted anonymously with all Foundation members, who evaluate factors such as organizational practices, the level of respect and harmony, and the perception of the institutional climate.

“Achieving this title once again confirms that the values of Our Culture are being practiced. As a manager, I am very pleased to see the recognition of our efforts to create a work environment where people feel happy, fulfilled, and can be their true selves,” comments Cristiane Nascimento, the foundation director.

For Alexandre Baltar, foundation´s Superintendent, a healthy organizational climate not only “drives tangible results such as productivity, innovation, and performance but also strengthens human bonds, promoting the personal and professional growth of each individual.
