May is a month that sets important milestones for the Novonor Group.
52 years ago, OEC completed the dry dock and wharf project for the Aratu Naval Base, in Bahia. The dike was able to dock ships of up to 35 thousand tons and was 230 meters long.
Following this project, 35 years ago OEC signed a contract for the execution of the Chavimochic Irrigation Project in northern Peru, aimed at producing energy and providing drinking water.
Also in May, 16 years ago, Braskem joined Programa na Mão Certa and inaugurated Logistics Centers on Brazilian highways, an important initiative to support the eradication of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the country.
