OR promotes the action “Agents of Our Culture”

Aiming at disseminating the practice of Nossa Cultura [Our Culture] and recognize the alignment of the members with the values of Novonor Group, the teams of the Verano construction site and OR Pernambuco office promoted the action “Agent of Our Culture”.

The 9 values were represented on a card with 9 cards, which was handed out to each member of the Region.

The members assigned a value/card to that person on the team who, in their opinion, in 2021, consistently demonstrated attitudes in line with that value. After counting the members most recognized by the team, 12 members received the trophy “Agent of Our Culture 2021” – we had a tie in 3 categories, at the Regional’s end of year get-together. “Our year-end get-together had a very special moment, as we experienced our culture in practice. We elect our members with the most outstanding characteristics and aligned with our values, where we pay tribute to the people who have contributed and contribute more and more to the strengthening of our values in accordance with the culture of the Novonor group,” says Camilo Maldonado, responsible for construction in PE.
