Once again Vexty is GPTW

For the second consecutive year, Vexty was awarded the “Best Companies to Work For” certification, conferred by Great Place To Work, a global consultancy that helps organizations to achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation.

“Receiving once again the seal of best company to work for is a great achievement for us, as it reflects the work of each of our leaders and Members and reinforces that, even in the midst of so many transformations, we remain firm in our goal of building an increasingly safe, diverse, transparent, flexible Vexty, with learning and evolution opportunities for everyone,” comments Mauro Figueira, Vexty’s CEO.

The evaluation process for the achievement the GPTW recertification consisted of applying a survey that was answered completely anonymously by Vexty Members, this October.

“We have invested our efforts in establishing a work environment focused on the well-being and development of our Members, and winning this certification for the second consecutive year  fills us with pride, because it shows that we are on the right track!”, says Carolina Utumi, Responsible for People and Organization at Vexty.

It is important to mention that the results obtained with the survey not only lead to the certification, but also offer the opportunity to improve internal improvement aspects that, in the future, will be reflected to our Participants and Assisted Members.
