Dear members,

We have just announced, at our Annual Meeting, the change of name and brand of Odebrecht to Novonor, a company that is born inspired by the future, with a new Purpose and a Vision for 2030.

This is a significant change in our 75-year history. We do not want to erase the past. We are proud of our achievements that have undoubtedly improved the lives of people in the communities where we operate.

The past is history. We have evolved, learned, and transformed ourselves. We have created a new way of being and acting.  We are operating to the highest ethical, technical, governance and efficiency standards. We also act with diversity, inclusion and equity to help reduce inequalities.

Throughout the year, we had the Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan approved by more than 90% of our creditors, a clear demonstration of confidence in our business. We have received from an independent monitor appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice the efficiency certification of our Compliance System, attesting the changes in the way we do business.

We are living in a new moment, looking forward.  It is time for the future.

And for us, the future is called Novonor.
