Vexty offers temporary suspension of loan installments
DATE: 06/22/2020
After reducing interest rates on the conscious loan twice since the beginning of the pandemic, Vexty is offering to its Participants and Beneficiaries, since the beginning of June, the option to suspend payment of loan installments for up to three months (Jun, Jul and Aug/20).
This temporary action, which aims to contribute to minimize possible financial impacts at this delicate moment of crisis in Brazil and the world, was implemented after numerous studies, feasibility analyses and necessary approvals and has already supported over 700 people who had active loans in the first week of disclosure.
The interest in the installments relative to the suspension period will be added to the Participant’s and Beneficiary’s outstanding balance, following the rates provided for in the contract. There will be no charges on the suspended installments, and they will be added at the end of the contract.
Applications must be made by the 8th of each month (June, July, August/20) so that the installment is not charged in the corresponding month. After this period, the Participant and the Beneficiary making the request will have his/her installment suspended in the following month, with only two or one installment suspended depending on the request date.
It is worth remembering that August is the last month of the suspension period, and therefore from the 9th it will no longer be possible to submit this request.
It is important to emphasize that it is up to the Participant and Beneficiary to assess with caution whether the temporary suspension is the best option at the time, and those who do not manifest their intention during the application period will have the installment charged normally.
As a company that supports Participants and Beneficiaries, Vexty recognizes that the current scenario is still quite unpredictable and unexpected in Brazil and the world, and that more than ever the moment demands attention and cooperation from everyone.
