ViaSul Construction Consortium Launches Groundbreaking Program in Soledade (RS)
DATE: 09/03/2025
In August, young people from Soledade (RS) attended the inaugural class of the Industrial Logistics Process Operator course, promoted by the Young Apprentice Program of the ViaSul Construction Consortium. This initiative, unprecedented in the city, is the result of a partnership between CCVS, SENAI, and the Municipal Government of Soledade.
More than 290 young people applied to participate in the program, and 50 were selected to form two groups — one in the morning and one in the afternoon — with classes ministered by SENAI at the Dr. José Atílio Vera Municipal School. The course lasts 12 months, with a total of 800 hours, and is aimed at youth between 15 and 24(uncompleted) years old.
During the training, participants receive educational materials, uniforms, and a minor apprentice contract with monthly compensation. Once completed, they will be qualified to apply for jobs in the industrial logistics sector, expanding their professional prospects.
At the opening ceremony held on August 4, CCVS Human Resources Manager José Lucas highlighted the social impact of the project: “This is a pioneering initiative in the city where our BR-386 duplication project is being implemented. Welcoming these young people and being able to create shared value for society is a great joy for the ViaSul Construction Consortium. More than just a job opportunity, this program offers a first contact with the job market, contributing to a future with more opportunities.”
The program mobilization began in June. On the 25th, a joint agenda of divulgation was carried out in Soledade’s state schools, targeting school-aged youth as the audience with more potential for the program’s engagement.
The reception in schools was very positive, with strong support from the Municipal Mayor, who emphasized the pioneering nature of the initiative. The outreach also received coverage from the Click Soledade Portal, where Patricia Klein, HR analyst and member of the CCVS Communication team, gave an interview about the program. Divulgation
“This initiative goes beyond professional capacity — it creates shared value, strengthens life paths, and builds a positive legacy in the local community, reaffirming one of our core values: our actions benefit society,” said Patricia.
The Young Apprentice Program represents a milestone in the professional graduation of youth in Soledade, reinforcing the Consortium’s commitment to social development and opportunity creation.
