Vexty awarded Great Place to Work certificate

At the beginning of June, Great Place To Work, a global consulting entity that supports organizations to achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation, awarded Vexty the “best companies to work for” certification.

“We are proud of this recognition, as it reflects the work and effort of each of our Members who, with their particularities, contribute to make the working environment a safe healthy, and harmonious place, of constant learning and evolution”, says Sérgio Brinckmann, Vexty’s CEO.

The evaluation process to achieve the GPTW certificate consisted of the application of a survey answered by all Vexty’s members, in mid-May.

With a score of 77 points, the company guaranteed the certificate and the possibility of competing for two GPTW rankings: one at state level (best companies to work in São Paulo) and another nationwide (best small businesses to work for in Brazil).

“In the midst of the challenging scenario we are living in today, in Brazil and in the world, having to adapt our way of working, receiving this certification reinforces that we are on the right track and highlights the importance of continuing to work on the well-being and development of our Members,” points out Carolina Utumi, responsible for  Personnel and Organization at Vexty.

This certificate is part of the strategy that Vexty outlined for the Personnel pillar in a general planning meeting held in 2018: to become one of the best companies to work for by 2022.
