Vexty achieves Self-Regulation Seal in Investment Governance

Vexty ended the year 2025 with a special reason to celebrate!

The company achieved the Self-Regulation Seal in Investment Governance, a recognition that reinforces its commitment to high standards of governance, transparency and responsibility in the management of the assets of Vexty’s Plan Participants and Assistees.

The certification was granted by Abrapp – the Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities after a rigorous external and independent audit process, with unanimous approval by the evaluation panel, attesting to the solidity of Vexty’s processes and the full adoption of the principles linked to the Code of Self-Regulation in Investment Governance.

Vexty’s Chief Executive Officer, Mauro Figueira, praised the initiative, which drives the continuous movement towards improving the supplementary pension system, and celebrated the Entity’s achievement. “Certification reinforces the maturity of our processes, controls and policies. By obtaining the Self-Regulation Seal in Investment Governance, Vexty joins a select group of Entities that adhere to and are aligned with the Self-Regulation Code, and reinforces its role in strengthening the Brazilian pension market.
