Vexty has received recertification to the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Standard, which specifies requirements and provides guidance for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, critical analysis, and improvement of an anti-bribery management system, reflecting international best practices.

As part of the recertification process, Vexty was audited by QMS Certification and found to be in compliance with all requirements of the Standard, with no notes. “This recertification is very important for Vexty. It is the recognition of our ongoing commitment to strengthen governance practices through a culture of ethics, integrity, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations,” says Mauro Figueira, CEO of Vexty.

In addition to the policies that address compliance issues, the Entity has held meetings with its Members with the objective of ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and control of transparent practices, as well as continuously strengthening the Entity’s culture and values.  Learn about Vexty’s commitment to Anti-Bribery Management here.
