Despite all the events, Vexty does not stop.

Our team, which has been working 100% online since the beginning of the pandemic, has been gaining reinforcements since last year.

We had the arrival of great professionals!

We begin with the arrival of our new CEO, Mauro Figueira in October 2020. Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, he took his MBA at the Darden School of Business – University of Virginia, USA, and his Professional Master in Economics at Insper. He has extensive experience as a financial and strategic consultant in multinational companies from different sectors.

In January this year, we received Vinicius Narcizo, our Director of Investments and Finance, and Director Responsible for Accounting at Vexty. Bachelor of Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and with an MBA in Financial Management from FGV-SP, he has a solid career in the financial area, with more than 20 years of experience in banks and large companies, in the areas of project structuring and financing, as well as in treasury and investments.

And finally, Giovanni Guarizi joined the team in August to take over Vexty’s Legal Management, an area responsible for the following topics: Governance, Legal, General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Internal Controls and Integrated Risk Management. He has a degree in Legal Sciences and specialization in Private Law from Escola Paulista de Magistratura and in Contractual Law from PUC-SP, currently pursuing his LLM (Master of Laws) in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
