OR promotes “Conversations around the campfire” in its regional offices

In the book “Education through Work”, the conversation around the campfire is described by Dr. Norberto Odebrecht as an ancient and decisive practice in the transmission of culture between generations. For this reason, he has always encouraged these meetings to take place within the group’s companies as an essential tool for the perpetuity of Our Culture.

With this in mind, OR promoted in each of its regional offices the “Conversation by the Campfire”, which aims to encourage the sharing of experiences among members, in addition to providing a welcoming environment to present the company’s future perspectives, new launches and conversations about Our Culture and Our Values.

The event was attended by members of the OR offices and works. In São Paulo, the conversation was led by DS, Rodrigo Melo, in Pernambuco, by DS, Pedro Pessoa and in Bahia, by DS, Daniel Sampaio. The meeting, which will take place quarterly in each of the regional offices, reaffirms OR’s purpose of creating an inspiring environment, boosting the commitment of members to the company’s culture and values.
