OR holds Lumine Campo Belo sales meeting

OR held the Lumine Campo Belo sales meeting this Wednesday (10/09), a project that is the result of a partnership between OR and the André Guimarães Group and will be launched in the charming neighborhood of Campo Belo, in São Paulo. The event was attended by approximately 150 brokers from the real estate agencies Fernandez Mera and Lumine Vendas (OR’s internal sales house) and took place at Panvino, a Wine Bistro located a few steps from the project’s sales stand.

The event’s agenda included Eduardo Pedreira (LN OR) and Filipe Martins (DS São Paulo) who presented the Novonor Group and OR’s successful history in the São Paulo market. Daniel Sande, CEO of the André Guimarães Group, presented the company to the São Paulo real estate market. Renata Sanomiya and Henrique Abrantes, from the incorporation team, presented the concept created and all the attributes of the project, such as common areas, apartments, floor plans, and differentials. Finally, Bernardo Cunha and Rodrigo Lemos, both from the commercial team, presented the sales goals and awards for the brokers.
