OR delivers Paradiso in Reserva do Paiva

Last Saturday, March 16, OR delivered Paradiso, the sixth residential project in Reserva do Paiva, Pernambuco. The occasion was celebrated with an event held at the project, featuring special activities for all ages. Adults were received with a parrilla barbecue, various snacks, craft beer and a lot of music. Children were welcomed by recreation specialists, who conducted activities ranging from a pinwheel workshop to a zipline. Approximately 250 people attended the event, including clients, prospects and partners.

Located in front of Parque da Lagoa, Paradiso has three towers with 127-square meter apartments facing the sea and the lagoon. All three floor plans include four en suites with the possibility of turning one of them into a living room extension or an office-closet en suite. The floor plans also permit turning the service bedroom into a home office.
