On three live broadcasts, an exchange of experiences about business and compliance

Members directly involved in the business of each company and Compliance teams shared their insights and experiences of their day-to-day work in three live broadcasts open to the whole Novonor Group in the second week of December.

The exchange of ideas, viewed by a total of 600 viewers over the three days, showed that compliance systems respect the particularities of each environment, no matter how diverse Businesses are.

During this event, we found out that the practices are similar in every Business, confirming the maturity of the compliance system in the Group.

The presentations and debates highlighted the importance of integrity as a business pillar and as a non-negotiable value of Our Culture. They also stressed that integration and synergy between line and Compliance teams are critical success factors in always doing the right thing.
