Odebrecht S.A. publishes Annual Report 2018

We, the team members of the Odebrecht Group, build the future through our daily achievements, the challenges we overcome and the lessons we learn over our history. That has been the way for 74 years.

Today we are more than 50,000 people, from different nationalities, with diverse experiences and knowledge, who come from various cultures, speak different languages and are united by the principles and tenets of the Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology.

We are responsible for aligning the Odebrecht Group’s continuous progress with the goals of sustainable development, which will lead us to the future to which we aspire.

In 2016, we embarked on a Transformation Journey throughout the entire Odebrecht Group. Among other actions, we defined a new corporate governance model and drafted new policies, including a new compliance system based on global best practices.

This is all described in detail in the Annual Report released today, October 22, by Odebrecht S.A. It contains a summary of the performance and highlights of 2017 of the holding company and its portfolio of Businesses.
The report covers the key topics of Odebrecht S.A., such as its role and structure, its governance model, the highlights of its Businesses, the evolution in our commitment to act ethically, with integrity and transparency, and key indicators on size and performance.

The messages conveyed in the Annual Report also are available in various videos with testimonials from team members, which bring an internal perspective of the transformation in our day-to-day activities. “Our goal was to present the various internal and external stakeholders of Odebrecht with communication that is more dynamic, transparent and up-to-date,” explained Sergio Leão, head of Sustainability at Odebrecht S.A.
